As an amateur softball organization based in Shanghai, China, the Shanghai Smog have established a distinctive visual identity that reflects the team's spirit and personality. Founded in 2019 as an expansion within the Shanghai Softball League, the Smog has developed a unique brand that has become an integral part of the team's identity.

At the heart of the Shanghai Smog's identity is their iconic pinstripe jersey, designed in two striking color-ways that feature a bold purple stripe. This design has been carefully refined and expanded upon, incorporating various visual elements that reflect the team's values and personality.

The pinstripe jersey is more than just a piece of clothing - it's a representation of the team's identity, and a symbol of the community that the Shanghai Smog represents. Through my design work, I aimed to create a visual language that would resonate with fans and players alike, and to create a sense of continuity and cohesion across all aspects of the team's brand.
